Street Beatz classes provide a high standard of tuition for all ages and abilities with a strong emphasis on having fun. Unlike many dance schools, we operate a pay-as-you go policy, so why not come along and give it a try yourself?

All classes involve music to suit the students’ tastes, as it is always important to enjoy the music that you are dancing to. Our main focus is to build confidence and encourage students to find their own style, whilst keeping the routines fun to help students learn the techniques of street dance. This improves progress and contributes to great performances.

If you fancy taking it to the next level, there’s also the opportunity to join one of our show crews who compete in regional competitions and take part in shows and exhibitions across the South. To broaden your experience we also run workshops with visiting crews and teachers. This gives the opportunity to try out different dance styles and techniques.

We also run various workshops throughout the year with visiting crews like Peridot. They bring a completely fresh level of experience and style that can really inspire adults and children alike!

In the past we have taken part in workshops with Diversity, Flawless, Peridot, performers from ‘Thriller Live’ and the movie ‘Street Dance 3D’. We have even danced in a pilot T.V. advert!

With the current Government Guidelines in place our classes are running slightly different to how they normally run. We have a specific Covid-19 Action plan in place to keep everyone safe and well, please get in touch for more information on this. During Lockdown periods we run classes online via Zoom.
